a versatile concept
The center grinding machines of the Henninger ZS 200 series are distinguished by their high flexibility and are designed for both single-part production and series manufacturing.
In its standard configuration, the machine features a clear and proven operating concept with conventional push-button controls. Optional upgrades are available, ranging up to CNC-controlled and fully automated machining.
The machine enables the machining of workpieces weighing up to 500 kg, offers a clamping capacity of up to Ø 225 mm and machines center holes up to Ø 125 mm with precision and repeatability.
All machine axes can be automated as an option, providing the foundation for stable processes and continuously increasing productivity.
The ZS 200 series is ideally suited for small to medium-sized workpieces as well as medium to large production runs.
Thanks to a wide range of optional modules, the machine can be individually configured and precisely adapted to customer-specific requirements, providing a scalable solution from manual machining through to CNC-assisted, automated serial production.
