The Henninger Milling Head is available in both vertical and horizontal configurations and has been specifically developed for machining complex internal contours and internal bores. It is ideally suited for components requiring internal cooling channels, lubrication grooves, internal pockets, or other demanding internal machining features.

Different arm overhang lengths allow highly flexible machining of a wide variety of workpieces and geometries. The milling head achieves spindle speeds of up to 15,000 rpm, enabling efficient high-speed machining and precise internal milling operations.

Like all Henninger angle heads, both milling head versions feature a modular shank system. An integrated retention and locking mechanism enables fully automatic tool changing directly within the CNC machine.
