The high-performance high-speed spindles of the Henninger 832 and 834 series set new standards in modern machining. Designed for maximum rotational speeds and highest precision, they enable a wide range of applications – particularly in processes using increasingly delicate milling and grinding tools.
Thanks to a gear ratio of up to 1:7.7, the spindles achieve speeds of up to 50,000 rpm. This allows high-performance cutting tools to be used to their full potential while the machine’s main spindle operates at a reduced speed. This lowers thermal load, reduces cooling requirements and contributes to a sustainable reduction in energy costs. At the same time, maintenance intervals are extended and the service life of the machine spindle is increased.
Another advantage is the modular drive taper system, which enables flexible integration into different machine tools. Combined with a customized holding and locking device, the high-speed spindle can be easily integrated into automated tool change processes.
As an option, the integrated internal cooling system ensures that coolant is supplied directly to the cutting edge. This improves process reliability, increases tool life and supports consistently high machining quality.
The Henninger high-speed spindles of the 832 and 834 series are therefore an efficient solution for demanding high-speed machining applications – economical, powerful and future-proof.

type 815 -826
The Henninger high-speed spindles of the 815–826 series are characterized by extremely high torque and power output. This is particularly important for machining operations with high material removal rates. Therefore, this series is primarily designed for larger machining centers where the machine spindle speed is insufficient and high machine power needs to be transmitted.
Furthermore, the high-speed spindles can be changed automatically if the respective machine tool changer is capable of handling the weight. Alternatively, automatic tool change can also be carried out via a pick-up station.
